EM-shielding measurements
Shielding effectiveness measurements ensure the performance of the shielded structure against electromagnetic threats and verify that it meets the end-user requirements.
Measurement should be done for new structures or if any mechanical work has been done that has affected the shielded structure. Such work might be for example maintenance or installation of new filters.
Especially for larger shielded facilities there is lot of maintenance that has to be done and it’s critical for the performance to ensure that it has not affected the level of shielding performance. Regular verification measurements ensure the operation of the critical equipment under electromagnetic interference.
